RUSSIA STRIKES KHARKIV WITH GUIDED BOMB: UPDATES ON DAMAGE AND VICTIMS

Russian military attacked Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb. There are wounded as a result of the hit, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

"Four people were injured," Terekhov said.

According to the head of the regional administration, one of the injured is in serious condition, he is a trolleybus driver.

Number of injured rises

Later, Terekhov noted that the number of injured increased.

"The number of victims has increased to six," he said.

Almost immediately, he announced about eight victims.

As of 2:37 p.m., nine people have been reported injured.

"At the moment, medics are providing assistance to nine victims who sustained explosive injuries," noted Syniehubov.

Consequences of the attack

Russian troops attacked Kharkiv at 1:45 p.m. According to the mayor, the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city was under attack.

"Preliminarily, with a guided munition. There was a fire at a civilian gas station, and a cafe was damaged," noted Syniehubov.

Besides, there was a fire in an apartment building and cars were damaged.

Explosions in Kharkiv
